The stay lasted just one night, and everything about the staff and room left much to be desired. The accommodations did not meet expectations, and the service was lacking. Future guests should consider other options that prioritize guest satisfaction.

The maintenance response was slow, especially regarding the heating issue on the first night. The promised kitchen utensils were inadequate, limiting our meal prep. Had a great time overall, but those are some major areas needing attention.

We had an amazing time enjoying the ocean view from our Two-Bedroom Apartment. The kids loved the large flat screen smart TVs, perfect for family movie nights. Plus, having dad there made it even more special as we shared laughs and good memories.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend excursion in Lower Grand Lagoon with value for price. The pools were great for the kids, and we had some awesome family bonding time by the beach. Bring extra towels for the pool as they can run low sometimes.

The Three-Bedroom Apartment was perfect for our family. Loved how spacious it was and being right by the beach was a huge plus! The maintenance worker was super polite, which made our stay better. However, the unit could use some updates, and there was some sand on the furniture when we first arrived. Overall, decent place for family fun!
